In many parts of the country, June means summer vacation. But here in Seattle, kids go to school right up to the end of June. It’s a pretty busy month for me too.

Besides the May round up of publications, I made one blog post in June: K-drama Loves Adopted Boys. K-drama posts seem to perform very well, although this one didn’t show up in my top five. I’m curious to see if that is because there was only a bit more than a week left in the month when I posted it, or if people really only care about the particular tropes listed below.
Popular Posts
Sometimes I wonder if these lists are a self-fulfilling prophecy. Do they keep showing up on my most popular list because my most popular lists keep driving people to them? As an experiment, here is a post that didn’t make the top five in June: My Year in Books.
For the record, I don’t think that’s really what is happening, because the same posts also show up so frequently in the search terms data.
Search Terms
The most used search terms were:
combinations of amnesia and kdrama (3 of the top 10)
uniqlo airism mask
ballet music
childhood connection kdrama
gemma alexander
The most interesting search terms were:
And that’s June in the books.
